Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥬 50g arugula
- 🧅 1/4 thinly sliced onion
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 4 black olives, sliced
Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
步骤
Trim the arugula roots and cut into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and slice the black olives into thirds.
Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces by angling the knife and pulling it towards you.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange arugula, onion, salmon, cherry tomatoes, and black olives on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
