Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 🌱 1 bag of bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Salmon Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Simmering Sauce
- 💧 80cc water
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
步骤
Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Season the fresh salmon fillets with sake, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the simmering sauce ingredients (water, sake, soy sauce, mirin, dashi powder, salt, and pepper).
In a frying pan, layer the bean sprouts, julienned carrot, and seasoned salmon in that order. Pour the simmering sauce over the top.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped green onions over the dish before serving.
