Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g king oyster mushrooms
- 🌱 6 green beans
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步骤
Cut king oyster mushrooms and green beans into bite-sized pieces.
Cut salmon into 4 pieces and coat both sides with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Mix sake, sugar, miso, and white sesame seeds in a bowl to prepare the sesame miso sauce.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salmon skin-side down until browned. Flip and cook until fully done, then remove.
Add the remaining salad oil to the pan and stir-fry the mushrooms and green beans over medium heat until softened.
Return the salmon to the pan, add the sesame miso sauce, and stir quickly to coat all ingredients evenly.
