- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked brown rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece (70g) salted salmon
Seaweed
- 🟩 2 sheets roasted nori
Seasoning

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add salted salmon and cook for about 2 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked. Remove bones and skin, then flake the salmon.

Place half of the cooked brown rice on a piece of plastic wrap. Add half of the flaked salmon to the center, wrap, and shape into a ball. Sprinkle salt over the surface and wrap with roasted nori. Repeat to make 2 onigiri.
