- 🐟 300g salmon
Vegetables
- 🌱 6 asparagus spears
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🍄 2 mushrooms, quartered
Citrus
- 🍋 1 lemon, sliced and juiced
Herbs & Seasoning
- A few sprigs of thyme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquids
- 4-5 tbsp white wine
- 4-5 tbsp olive oil

- 🧈 20g butter
步骤
Prepare the asparagus by trimming the tough ends and peeling the rough parts with a peeler.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and quarter the mushrooms.
Slice the lemon into 4 decorative slices and juice the remaining part.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray and layer the asparagus at the bottom.
Place the salmon on top of the asparagus and arrange cherry tomatoes and mushrooms around it.
Drizzle olive oil generously over the salmon and vegetables.
Top the salmon with lemon slices, thyme, and butter.
Fold the parchment paper over the ingredients and seal the edges tightly. Before sealing completely, pour in the white wine.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes.
Tear open the parchment paper and serve the dish.
