- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 30g grated horseradish
- 1/2 pack baby leaf greens
Marinade
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain well. Slice the yellow bell pepper thinly.
