Rice
- 🍚 2 cups white rice
Fish
- 🐟 200g raw salmon fillet
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salad oil
Vegetable
- 5 shiso leaves
Sushi Vinegar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
步骤
Sprinkle raw salmon with 1/3 tsp salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry.
Place white rice, slightly less water than usual, and salmon in the rice cooker. Cook as usual.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl to prepare sushi vinegar.
Slice shiso leaves thinly.
Beat egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook over medium-low heat. Flip and cook until set. Cool and slice thinly.
Once rice is cooked, remove salmon and place rice in a bowl. Add sushi vinegar and mix gently.
Flake the salmon and mix into the rice.
Serve rice in a dish and top with shredded egg and shiso leaves.
