Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon trimmings
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 25g kaiware sprouts, halved
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Nanban Sauce
- 4 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- A pinch of sliced chili
步骤
Thinly slice the onion, julienne the carrot, and halve the kaiware sprouts.
Mix the nanban sauce ingredients (ponzu, sugar, water, chili) in a tray and add the onion and carrot.
Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt, and coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a frying pan, fry the salmon until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
Add the fried salmon to the nanban sauce mixture and mix. Add kaiware sprouts before serving.
