- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🍋 1/2 lemon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Lemon Cream Sauce
- 80cc heavy cream
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Garnish
- 1/2 bag baby leaf greens
- Pinch of chopped parsley
步骤
Slice half of the lemon thinly and squeeze the rest for juice.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat until melted. Cook the salmon on medium-high heat for 1 minute per side until browned, then remove.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Add all sauce ingredients except parsley and lemon juice, then mix. Heat over medium and stir until slightly thickened. Add parsley and mix.
Plate the salmon with baby leaf greens. Pour the lemon cream sauce over the salmon, garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
