Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Cornstarch as needed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of sliced chili
步骤
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with cornstarch.
Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces and chop the remaining part finely.
Mix the chopped green onion with sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and chili in a bowl to prepare the teriyaki sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the salmon fillets and 3cm green onion pieces. Cook for about 5 minutes until both sides are browned.
Add the teriyaki sauce to the pan and cook while stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the salmon.
