    • 🌱 4 okra pods

    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 50cc sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 to taste salt
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Slice okra into 5mm rings and mix with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
