Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetable
- 10cm worth of grated daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Staples
- Potato starch, as needed
- Salad oil, as needed
- 💧 150cc water
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, add the salmon, and pan-fry until cooked through, turning occasionally. Remove from the pan.
In a pot, bring water and dashi powder to a boil. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well.
Add the grated daikon and the fried salmon to the pot and warm through. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
