- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🍄 80g king oyster mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tsp salad oil
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 3 sprigs of parsley
