步骤
Remove kuruma shrimp from sawdust and rinse under water. Soak in ice water for 5 minutes, covering with a strainer to prevent jumping. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Insert a toothpick between shell segments to remove the vein.
Skewer the shrimp straight from tail to head. Sprinkle salt evenly over the shrimp.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place shrimp in the pan and cook for 2 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove skewers, plate the shrimp, and serve with lemon wedges.
