- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Noodles
- 2 packs cooked udon noodles
Sauce
- 80cc concentrated noodle sauce
Liquid
- 💧 600cc water
Toppings
- 🍋 1 slice lemon
- Grated daikon radish, as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
