- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Meat
- 🐖 100g ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A dash Sichuan pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 💧 100ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
步骤
Mince the ginger, garlic, and green onion. Separate broccoli into small florets.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt and broccoli. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add ground pork, ginger, garlic, and green onion. Stir-fry until pork is cooked through.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, salt, water) to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan to thicken the sauce. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle with Sichuan pepper.
