- 🐖 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head green lettuce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 🧂 to taste salt and pepper
Meat Sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Green Onion Namul Seasoning
- 🧂 to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion thinly, soak in water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients for the meat sauce in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned on both sides. Remove excess oil and add the meat sauce, coating the pork.
Mix the green onion with its seasoning ingredients. Arrange lettuce, pork, and seasoned green onion on a plate. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve.
