- 🐟 220g filleted sanma
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices of cheese
Herbs
- 6 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Starch
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut shiso leaves in half and slice cheese into two equal parts.
Season the sanma with salt and let it rest for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels and add pepper for flavor.
Place shiso leaves and cheese on the sanma, roll tightly from the edge, secure with toothpicks, and cut in half. Coat both sides with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the rolls, and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
