- 1 pack cooked mountain vegetables
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 300g grated daikon radish
Condiments
- 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce

步骤
Remove the base of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half.
Boil water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms, pea shoots, and mountain vegetables, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the mountain vegetables, enoki mushrooms, and grated daikon radish. Serve in a dish, drizzle with ponzu soy sauce, and top with quail eggs.
