- 1 tbsp shirasu

- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the mitsuba into 4cm pieces after removing the roots.

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins, place them in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Shred the chicken by hand.

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, shirasu, salt, and sesame oil. Add the mitsuba and white sesame seeds, then mix lightly.
