Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 200g bean sprouts
Protein
- 🍗 3 chicken tenderloins
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Other
- as needed cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake and salt, and massage to combine.
Coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch evenly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chives and bean sprouts, stir-fry for 1 minute, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the chicken and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides.
Return the vegetables to the pan with the chicken.
Add soy sauce, garlic, and sugar, and stir-fry until well combined. Serve hot.
