- 6 pods broad beans
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 3 tbsp sakura shrimp
Condiments
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
步骤
Remove broad beans from pods and peel the thin skin. Thinly slice the onion.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the broad beans for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat sakura shrimp in a frying pan over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Remove from the pan.
Heat salad oil in the frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened, then add the broad beans and continue to stir-fry.
Add sake, mirin, and salt to the pan. Stir-fry to combine and evaporate excess liquid. Return the sakura shrimp to the pan and mix well.
