- 3 turnips, peeled and sliced into 5mm pieces
- Turnip leaves, cut into 3cm pieces
Protein
- 1/2 can oil-packed tuna
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper

Peel the turnips and slice them into 5mm pieces. Cut the turnip leaves into 3cm pieces, leaving 1cm of stem attached.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the turnip slices and sauté until browned. Add the tuna and turnip leaves, stirring until coated in oil.

Mix in the mayonnaise, grain mustard, grated garlic, and salt and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
