Main Ingredients
- 200g silken tofu
- 180g canned scallops
- 1/2 pack bok choy
- 🧅 10cm minced green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 400ml water

Cut tofu and bok choy into bite-sized pieces. Mince green onion and beat eggs in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a pot, add green onion, and stir until fragrant. Add bok choy and stir-fry until softened.

Add all seasoning ingredients and canned scallops to the pot. Pour in water and tofu, then bring to a boil.

Pour beaten eggs into the pot in a circular motion. Turn off the heat when eggs are semi-cooked.
