Seafood
- 🦪 80g boiled baby scallops
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/4 head cauliflower
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquids
- 💧 200ml water
- 🥛 200ml milk
步骤
Dice the carrot and onion into 1cm cubes. Separate the cauliflower into small florets.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add carrot and onion, sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Add flour and stir until the flour loses its raw texture.
Add water and consomme powder. Cover and simmer for 6–7 minutes on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
Add scallops and cauliflower, cover again and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Then add milk and heat until warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
