- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 3 scallops
Vegetables
- 🍄 50g maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Cut the scallops into 1cm cubes.

Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Add the soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.

Place the maitake mushrooms and scallops on top of the rice and cook as usual.

Once cooked, add chopped green onions and mix gently.
