- 🦪 6 scallops
- 🍤 6 peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 2 green peppers
- 100g sliced bamboo shoots
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 chili peppers
Condiments
- 50g green curry paste
- 🥥 400cc coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🍚 450g cooked rice

步骤
Prepare the shrimp by cutting along the back and removing the vein. Season scallops and shrimp with salt and pepper.
Slice green peppers, crush garlic, and break chili peppers in half.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili peppers in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add green curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
Add green peppers and bamboo shoots, simmer for 4–5 minutes. Add scallops and shrimp, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fully cooked. Serve over rice.
