- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧀 20g shredded pizza cheese

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp breadcrumbs
- Dry parsley to taste
步骤
Remove scallop meat from the shell, clean off black parts, sprinkle with salt, and rinse to remove slime. Pat dry.
Cut scallop meat into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add butter, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Stir in flour, gradually add milk while mixing, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Place scallops back into their shells, pour the white sauce over them, top with cheese and breadcrumbs, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
