- 🦪 160g boiled scallops
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 stalks asparagus, peeled and sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk white part of green onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1 tsp salad oil
步骤
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus stalks and slice them diagonally into 3cm pieces. Slice the white part of the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. Add asparagus and green onion, and stir-fry for about 4 minutes until cooked through. Add scallops and stir to combine.
Add soy sauce, butter, and black pepper. Stir until the butter melts and everything is evenly coated.
