Pat the peeled shrimp dry and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add shrimp, octopus, and pumpkin. Cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until shrimp changes color and pumpkin softens.
