- 🐙 100g boiled octopus

- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste

Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Pat dry the peeled shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant, then add shrimp, octopus, and shimeji mushrooms. Cook on medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
