Seasoned Bok Choy Ingredients
- 🥬 1 bunch bok choy
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp ssamjang
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 to taste sesame seeds
步骤
Trim and wash 1 bunch of bok choy thoroughly.
Boil water in a pot and blanch the bok choy for about 1 minute.
Rinse the blanched bok choy in cold water.
Squeeze out excess water from the bok choy.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing 2 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp gochujang, 3 tbsp ssamjang, and 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Add the seasoning to the bok choy and mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
