Main Ingredients
- 350g seaweed
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 🧅 50g green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧂 A pinch of sea salt
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp plum syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步骤
Boil water with a pinch of salt and blanch the seaweed for 20–30 seconds.
Rinse the blanched seaweed in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the carrot, and chop the green onion and green chili.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame seeds to make the sauce.
Add the green onion, carrot, and green chili to the sauce and mix well.
Add the seaweed and sesame seeds, and toss everything together until well combined.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
