Trim the roots of seri. Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the seri. Transfer to cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 3 cm pieces.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (mustard paste, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar). Combine seri and chikuwa with the seasoning mixture.
