Tofu
- 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic

Tear the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cut the green onion into 4cm pieces and add them to the container.

Add salt, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, and grated garlic. Mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
