Main Ingredients
- 20g short-type vermicelli
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water

Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add all the seasonings (marked with ☆). Bring to a boil.

Add the shiitake mushrooms, dried wakame, and vermicelli to the boiling pot. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
