Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 100g ground mixed meat
Vegetables
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms (75g), chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), chopped
Aromatics
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Eggs
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1.5 tbsp curry powder
步骤
Chop shiitake mushrooms, onion, ginger, and garlic. Remove the core of garlic before mincing.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. Add onion and cook over medium-low heat until light brown.
Add ground meat and shiitake mushrooms. Cook until the meat releases its fat and turns translucent.
Add canned tomatoes and seasonings (water, salt, pepper, curry powder). Mix well, cover, and bring to a boil. Remove the lid and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring to evaporate excess liquid.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with the curry, and place an onsen egg on top.
