- 200g prepared shijimi clams
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Vegetables
- 🧅 5cm white part of green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water

In a pot, add shijimi clams, sake, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Skim off any foam or impurities.
