- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked rice
- 3 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Chop the green onion into 2cm pieces. In a bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the cooked rice.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the rice mixture evenly in the pan and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown on one side. Flip it over.

Spread ketchup on the rice, then top with shirasu, green onion, and pizza cheese. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts.
