Main Ingredients
- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 1 bag shirataki noodles (200g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- 1/2 pack pea shoots (125g)
- 🥬 1/2 celery stalk (50g)
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
步骤
Rinse shirataki noodles and boil them for 2–3 minutes to remove any odor. Drain and cut into shorter lengths.
Julienne the carrot, celery, and chikuwa sticks. Cut the pea shoots into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine shirataki noodles, vegetables, and chikuwa.
Prepare the dressing by mixing sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving.
