Main
- 300g shirataki noodles
- 150g ground chicken thigh
- 80g king oyster mushrooms
- 8cm white part of leek
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Soup Base
- 400cc unsweetened soy milk
- 200cc water
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
Garnish
- Chopped green onion to taste
步骤
Prepare shirataki noodles by rinsing and draining them.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté ground chicken until cooked.
Add king oyster mushrooms and white part of leek, cooking until softened.
Season with grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
In a separate pot, combine soy milk, water, dashi powder, grated ginger, soy sauce, and ground white sesame. Heat gently.
Add shirataki noodles and cooked chicken mixture to the soup base. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.
