- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
步骤
Rinse shirataki noodles under cold water and boil them for 2–3 minutes to remove any odor.
Cut the cucumber into thin julienne strips and shred the crab sticks into smaller pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds to create the dressing.
Combine the shirataki noodles, cucumber, and crab sticks in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently to coat evenly.
Serve chilled or at room temperature as a refreshing salad.
