- 1/2 shirouri (white cucumber)
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Seafood
- 2 crab sticks
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Thickening Agent
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
Liquid
- 💧 500 ml water

Cut the shirouri in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice into 1 cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the shirouri.

Add water, chicken stock powder, and shredded crab sticks. Simmer until the shirouri softens.

Add grated ginger, soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and bring to a boil.
