- 🐟 6 fresh-dried shishamo fish
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Enough salad oil for frying

Batter
- 50g tempura flour
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 💧 80ml water
