Bread
- 🍞 6 slices sandwich bread
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🥬 1 leaf lettuce
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Condiments
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg, mashed
Butter
- 🧈 Butter as needed
Seasoning
- 🍶 2 tsp cooking wine
步骤
Remove seeds from the tomato and dice into 1cm cubes.
Clean shrimp by removing the vein. Place shrimp and cooking wine in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mashed boiled egg, and salt and pepper. Add diced tomato and cooked shrimp, then mix well.
Spread butter on slices of bread. Place the tomato and shrimp mixture and lettuce on one slice, then cover with another slice to form a sandwich.
