- 🍤 4 shrimp fries (120g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 5 snow peas, halved
Seasoning
- 💧 50cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Slice the onion into wedges and separate them. Remove the strings from the snow peas and cut them diagonally in half.
In a frying pan, add the seasoning ingredients (water, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the onion, spread it evenly, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the shrimp fries to the pan, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until warmed through. Remove the lid, pour in the beaten eggs, and when the edges start to set, add the snow peas. Cover and turn off the heat, letting the eggs cook to your preferred doneness.
