- 🦐 7 whole kuruma shrimp (180g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 20g shredded pizza cheese
- 🥛 100ml milk
Herbs
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
White Sauce
- 🧈 10g unsalted butter
- 🌾 10g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
步骤
Prepare the shrimp by cutting along the back to open them, removing the vein, washing, and patting dry. Season with salt and pepper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter for 30 seconds at 600W. Add flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
Gradually add milk while mixing. Add salt and mix. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute at 600W, stir, then microwave for another minute until thickened.
Spread the white sauce evenly over the shrimp, top with shredded cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
