- 🦐 10 large shrimp (Black Tiger or similar)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- Cornstarch as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧅 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
步骤
Place shrimp, sake, and cornstarch into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and massage gently to coat the shrimp evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients (green onion, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic).
Add the sauce mixture into the bag with the shrimp. Seal the bag tightly, removing as much air as possible.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place the sealed bag into the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the bag from the pot, open it, and transfer the shrimp and sauce to a serving dish.
