Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 🦐 60g frozen shrimp
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, finely chopped
Condiments
- 1 tsp ponzu sauce
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 600ml water
步骤
Rinse the cooked white rice in a strainer under water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Finely chop the green onions into small pieces.
Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it until smooth.
In a pot, combine the water, salt, and dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the rinsed rice to the pot and stir well. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot and add the chopped green onions. Cook until the egg is set.
Finally, stir in the ponzu sauce and mix well before serving.
