步骤
Hold the shrimp curved with its back facing up. Insert the tip of a bamboo skewer between the 2nd and 3rd segments from the head. Pinch the vein with the skewer and your thumb, then gently pull it out.
If making a cut: Lay the knife horizontally and make a cut along the back of the shrimp. Open the cut and scrape out the vein using the tip of the knife.
